Pre-launch beta
Beta programme terms
Last updated:
Who can participate
The programme is for adult parents and caregivers who request and accept a TestFlight invitation before the public App Store release. Submitting an email is an application, not automatic admission. Invitations are sent manually as places and beta builds become available. Places are limited. We select participants at our discretion and may close recruitment at any time. The Premium code is given only to accepted participants who accept their TestFlight invitation before the public release.
The Premium reward
Accepted pre-launch participants receive one personal code for 12 months of Premium after Nanuca launches on the App Store. The 12 months begin when the code is redeemed. This offer will be configured without automatic paid renewal. We email codes within 30 days of the public release, with at least 90 days to redeem them. The email and Apple redemption screen state the exact deadline and applicable Apple Account and storefront requirements.
Testing and feedback
Beta software can contain errors and change before release. Keep copies of any journal data you need. Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time. Feedback is welcome; positive feedback or a public App Store review is not a condition of the reward.
Changes and applicable law
The beta is provided as is, and you take part at your own risk. We may change or end the programme; our commitment to send codes to accepted participants after release remains. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
Contact and timing
We use the email you provide for invitations, essential testing updates and the reward code. If the release is delayed, the code is issued after the actual release; no fixed launch date is promised. If the project does not launch, access to a released Premium service cannot be issued. For invitation, withdrawal or code problems, contact support@nanuca.boldenleo.com. Email handling and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
